Yes, materials from Metcalf and UHigh can be checked out by anybody in the ISU community. If visiting either lab school in person, please stop by the front office to sign in before proceeding to the library.
Eligible materials from Milner, UHigh, and Metcalf can also be requested online for pick-up or delivery (see below for details and eligibility).
Here is a breakdown of eligible pickup locations for each patron type:
- Academic Employee (Faculty & Emeritus) – All Milner, UHigh, and Metcalf items can be requested online with the following options for pickup location:

- Office Delivery (Faculty/Staff only) – for UHigh items (via Campus Mail)
