Q. How do I find out more about nkoda digital sheet music library?

Can I download scores from nkoda? 

Due to licensing restrictions, scores may only be accessed in the nkoda app and are not able to be downloaded. 

Can I upload my own scores to use in the nkoda app? 

Yes! Here are instructions on uploading scores (PDF) to nkoda. 

What publishers are available in nkoda? 

Publishers include Boosey & Hawkes, Bärenreiter, Breitkopf & Härtel, Chester Music, Novello, Associated Music Publishers, and Ricordi. View a full list of participating publishers here. 

Does Milner Library’s nkoda subscription include public performance rights? 

No. nkoda’s end user license agreement states: “The provision of content via the App does not grant you any rights of public performance and you should obtain a public performance license where necessary.” 

How many people can use nkoda at one time? 

Milner Library’s subscription is limited to five simultaneous users.
