If you don't see a full text access link for an article in a database, there are a few different things you can try to get full text access to your article.

Check for a double arrow tab:

  • When you view some databases (usually EBSCO ones) on a smaller screen, the areas of the screen that show the full text links and tools menu may be hidden.
  • Choose the double arrow tab on the left to view the full text links.

 Use the Find It button

  • If the full text access link area has only a Find It button instead of full text access links, choose the Find It button.

Use Find It button if no full text links are available

  • The Find It screen for your item will show if Milner Library has full text access to the article through other databases.

  • If Milner Library does not have online or print access to the article, choose Sign In next to Please Sign in to check if there are any request options.

  • When you sign it, Find It will usually provide a link to request the article through interlibrary loan.

  • This link will fill in the interlibrary loan request form with the information for your article so all you need to do is double check the information, choose your department/major, and submit the request.
