Instead of being all displayed on a single list, your checked out items in your Milner/I-Share account appear only under the library they came from.
When you first login, your account shows your Milner Library items. Illinois State University and other I-Share libraries you have items from are listed on the left, and you can choose other libraries to see the items you have checked out from them.
If you have a lot of libraries on your list, you can narrow down to only the libraries you have items checked out from by changing All Institutions to Has Activity.
You can then try selecting each library to check for your items.
If you still don't see the items you need, please contact the Service Desk at 309-438-3451.
