Milner Library does not have scanners available for public use which can accommodate materials that are larger than 11 x 17 inches.

However, the Milner Library Digitization Center has a scanner that they can use to scan large items for you.  You will need to place a scan request with them.  Illinois State University students, faculty, and staff may receive up to 10 free scans per semester for materials that are larger than 11 x 17 inches if these images are needed for research, scholarship, or classroom use. Otherwise, there will be a charge associated with your scan request.

The Digitization Center requires several days advanced notice of your scan request so that they can work it in to their schedule. Requests will be processed in the order in which they were received. Most clients receive their files within a week but larger requests may take longer.
