Q. If I forgot my RedBird Card, can I still check out items without it?

Yes, you can still check out most items without your RedBird Card, as long as you can provide the Service Desk with your UID number or ULID. 

If you do not have your UID number memorized, you can look it up in MyISU:

• Login to MyISU with ISU email and password.
• Look for the box in the upper right corner that says My ULID: and click Show UID to make your UID number appear in the box.
