Report noise complaints on a quiet floor to Virtual Reference (chat/text/email) or the Service Desk (309-438-3451). Check Virtual Reference hours and report complaint to Service Desk when Virtual Reference is not staffed.

Be sure to include the floor and area of the noise on the floor.
