ISU faculty, staff, graduate students, and distance undergraduate students can use Milner Library’s electronic document delivery service to request scans of articles or book chapters that Milner Library has in print.

  • Cost: This service is now free of charge.
  • Number of requests: You can place as many requests as you want, but the library only processes 5 requests per patron per day. 
  • Pages per item: Each request is limited to 30 pages per item.
