The TechZone Service Center and the Technology Support Center (formerly known as the Campus Help Desk) both provide assistance with technology problems.  

The TechZone Service Center offers walk-in assistance on the second floor of the Bone Student center Monday –Thursday from 9 am – 5 pm and Friday from 9 am – 4 pm during the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters.

The Technology Support Center offers a searchable knowledgebase of technology issue solutions, telephone assistance at (309) 438 - 4357 Monday – Friday 7:30 am - 10 pm and Saturday – Sunday 10 am - 6:30 pm, e-mail support at, live chat support, and Julian Hall 145 drop-in office hours on Monday – Friday from 8 am  – 6 pm and Saturday – Sunday from 12 pm – 3 pm.
