Illinois State University does not publish current yearbooks.  There are only yearbooks for 1892 to 1989.  There are three types of yearbooks:

  1. The Index or The Index: Class Annual - Published from 1892 to 1972. Historical University High School yearbooks are inside some of the online volumes of The Index near the end of the volume.
  2. Graduate Record – Published from 1975 to 1983. These yearbooks cover only the graduating class.
  3. Freshman Record or New Student Record – Published from 1975 to 1989. These yearbooks cover only Freshmen.  Most volumes of these yearbooks are on Floor 6 of Milner Library.

You can find out more about these yearbooks from the University Archives Collections page on the Milner Library website.  There are some yearbooks online at the Yearbooks of Illinois State University page.
