Q. How do I view theses/dissertations?

Milner Library provides some print and some online access to theses and dissertations written at ISU.

Print Access

• Milner Library has a Dissertations & Theses collection.
• Milner Library received print copies of ISU theses and dissertations through Summer 2014.
• Search for print theses and dissertations in the Milner Library catalog. 

Online Access

• ISU theses and dissertations written after Summer 2014 are only available online in the Dissertations & Theses @ Illinois State University database on the Milner Library website. Some dissertations and theses older than Summer 2014 may also be online.
• The Dissertations & Theses database includes theses and dissertations from ISU and colleges and universities outside of ISU.
• Illinois State University students, faculty, and staff can use their ULID and password to log in to this database on or off campus.
• Community members and alumni can use these databases at a Milner Library guest computer.
