Yes, if the printers or copiers have an error that makes your printouts/copies unusable, you can get a refund. The way you get a refund depends on whether you used the $6.00 free print allowance or Redbird Dollars to pay for the print job.

  • Fill out a “Cash & Redbird Card Refund Form” from the Reference Desk on your right as you enter the library or the Circulation Desk on your left as you enter the Library.
  • Take your completed form to the Circulation Desk to have your money refunded to your Redbird Card.
