Yes, if the printers or copiers have an error that makes your printouts/copies unusable, you can get a refund.  Fill out a “Cash & Redbird Card Refund Form” from the Reference Desk on your right as you enter the library, the Computer Lab (213B) on Floor 2, or the Circulation Desk on your left as you enter the Library.  Take your completed form to the Circulation desk to have your money refunded to your Redbird Card.
