Milner Library offers a mediated fax service for students, faculty, staff with Redbird Cards that have Redbird Dollars, and alums and community members who purchase copy cards (copy cards can be purchased for $1 and loaded with enough money to cover the cost of faxing and RedBird Cards can have money added to them to cover the cost of the fax at the Redbird Card machine on the main floor on a pillar next to the Circulation Desk). The service is located at the Circulation Desk in the lobby. The service operates during regular library hours until one half hour before closing.
The service accepts only outgoing faxes and then only to domestic telephone numbers. The ability to accept incoming faxes and service to international telephone numbers is not available. The first page is $3, and then it costs $1 per page for every page after the first one.
Another option you can utilize is a free, non-mediated fax service called FaxZero. FaxZero allows you to send and receive faxes for free. Handouts with steps for sending and receiving faxes with FaxZero are available at the Reference Desk on the right as you enter the library.
See the Milner Library Faxing page for more information.
