Q. I'm using the library's chat and I keep getting disconnected. What should I do?

If you are using the Milner Library chat service from a green chat square , your chat may automatically drop without warning if you use the browser tab that has your chat box to go to a different page. 

To avoid chat dropping, choose the icon of a box with an arrow pointing out of it to pop your chat box out of the page. You should then be able to leave or close the page where you started the chat without your chat dropping.
