If you use the vending machines at the library, and you pay for an item but do not receive it from the machine, there are a few options for receiving a refund depending on how you paid:

Redbird Card Payments:

If you paid for an item from the vending machines using your Redbird Card and lost your money, please visit the Redbird Card Office on the 2nd floor Bone Student Center.  Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM-5 PM

Cash Payments:

If you paid for an item from the vending machines using cash and lost your money, please contact Canteen Vending at (800) 788-6380.  This number is available 24 hours a day.
